Refund & Return Policy

At Vistiq Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
